Positions available

Office Manager/Practice Administrator - Full Time - We are seeking a professional with strong organizational and leadership skills, caring attitude and team player. Excellent knowledge of dental insurance policies, claims and billing procedures. 

Front Office/Patient Care Coordinator -  Full Time - We are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, claims, billing financial and treatment plan procedures. Excellent customer service in person and on the telephone, caring attitude and team player. 

Dental Assistant (Full Time) - Excellent customer service, caring attitude and team player. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist dentists during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
  • Utilize dental terminology and 3D scanning technology to enhance patient care.
  • Manage patient records using Eaglesoft and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform X-rays and maintain infection control standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain organization of dental instruments and supplies for efficient workflow.

Salary commensurate with experience, 4 - 4.5 day work week (minimum: 36 hours). Proficiency with electronic dental software and digital imaging. We use Eaglesoft, Schick, 5D Itero Element digital scanner, Nomad handheld digital xray unit.
